If you require ear wax removal we will book you into our clinic and then book a return appointment for your moulds.

During your appointment you will have the opportunity to look at the various products and pick the ear plugs that you want!
If you can’t decide on the day don’t worry, you can take your time and let us know when you have chosen.
Send off Ear Moulds
​
Once you have chosen the product you want, we will package up your ear moulds and complete your order form. We will then send them off for processing.
Delivery & Fitting
​
Once your ear plugs have been made we can have them delivered directly to you or you can come to us for a final fitting.
​
Any issues found with your products we will help to rectify them with our suppliers and if needed, provide you with new ear moulds free of charge.

Cost of Appointment
£30 per appointment.
Our price includes;
+ Initial assessment & discussion.
+ Ear mould creation (both ears).
+ Postage & Packaging (if purchasing product)*.

Please Note:
If you require ear wax removal prior to ear moulds being made, a discounted fee of £30 will be charged*.

*Ear wax discount rate only applies if purchasing a product from us. If you do not purchase through us, our normal fees will apply:
ear wax removal to one ear = £45
ear wax removal to both ears = £65.
